Due to the custom nature of our packaging boxes, we do not accept returns. However, we will replace any defective or damaged boxes.
To receive a quote, simply provide us with the specifications for your custom packaging box including dimensions, material, printing options, and the required quantity via email, through our website’s contact form, or you can call us.

1. Once you’ve paid the invoice, then second process is to preview your artwork! We will create & share 3D and 2D mockup for your boxes based on the artwork you provide before we print anything. This means that before sending your order into production, you will be able to see the prototype from every perspective and from all aspect.
2. Your order will be produced and shipped to you within the specified turnaround time for your particular requirements once you have looked over and approved the designs.
